The Candy Necklace is a hand beaded masterpiece by australia based Pebble Gems! It's an easy add to your necklace stack! The variety of materials, textures and beading styles makes it so easy to combine with other pieces from your collection or wear it alone as a playful statement. 

The Candy Necklace is made with 925 silver parrot clasp and chain, coral, checkered mother of pearl and abalone, Czech pressed glass drops, vintage Japanese beads, striped Pyrene shell, Keshi pearls, grey baroque pearl, black Tahitian pearls, rice pearls, and Japanese Miyuki beads.

Created by multidisciplinary artist Freya Lauersen, she draws from a childhood of collecting and repurposing found materials. why I love it: I’ve admired the work of Pebble Gems for so long! The intricate threading in her pieces is seriously impressive, every one feels like a tiny work of art. Freya has such an incredible eye for composition, especially with the way she combines so many different components and techniques so effortlessly. I’m also fascinated by all the pearls, beads, and found bits she sources for her work. Even just collecting everything that goes into these pieces must take such a huge amount of time and care.
