Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalised products are not eligible for return.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
