About the Maker
Mindobitto, by Seoul-based illustrator Min Dobi, brings together memory, materiality, and quiet moments of comfort. Influenced by her time studying in Japan and a background in Buddhist art, her work uses line and color to evoke a sense of peaceful rest. Named for things cherished together, each piece is made to be held close, gifted or kept.
Why I Love It
There are so many things I LOVE about this print. The risograph quality with the colors, auras and grainy qualities make the print look lively yet calming. I'm also a big fan of square proportions as I feel like it always frames a scene so beautifully, even if it's a casual one. I recently adopted a cat so I'm all about my cat art at the moment.
