This chunky round scallop chopping board is fully handmade by Melissa of IvyAliceVintage in their Adelaide Hills workshop in locally sourced Australian Blackbutt hardwood. This board has graphic scallop edge detailing, which adds the most beautiful floral profile to your hardy chopping board. This board is also finished with a food safe stain and 100% raw Tung Oil.
This board is approximately 28.5cm diameter x 3.5cm height.
To care for wash after use with a mild dishwashing liquid and wipe with cloth. Dry immediately. DO NOT leave submerged under water and DO NOT put in the dishwasher. Apply Tung Oil once or twice a month is using daily always following product instructions.
Please note: Due to their size and weight, larger chopping boards are excluded from our free shipping offer.

From Melissa's website: IvyAliceVintage was founded by Melissa Wandless in 2022 based in the Adelaide Hills South Australia. "It was created out of the desire to have a creative flexible career so I could look after my daughter Ivy and make pieces that add character, texture and warmth to the home. Working with locally sourced Australian timber was an obvious choice. What a joy it is to bring these pieces to life adding a new chapter ready for you to use in your own homes creating your own story with them". After a huge three years the business has pivoted into small batch drops that will be released throughout 2026 "With the desire to slow down and prioritise the right things I'm looking forward to seeing what the future brings!"

This round scalloped chopping board by IvyAliceVintage is such a great addition to your daily rotation of chopping boards. There's a couple of design aspects I adore about this board. The main one being the thickness of the board, something that's normally associated with more traditional chopping board, in combination a daintier edge detail.
